Zoomin' in. Ian's using hydrolic cement for the set. The top flange is mounted and the wing nuts secured. Once the cement is cured the nuts remain locked, the bolts are easily undone to remove the top flange for liner placement. Oh, by-the-way... this is a 4" toilet flange kit purchased from Home Depot. And again, Ian's using 45° elbows instead of 90°
